This blend showcases the influence of seasonal temperature variations on barrel aging, with the 2003 Tennessee Bourbon maturing through over 72 seasons. Bottled at 105° proof (52.5% ABV), the whiskey offers a complex profile with rich oak, caramel, and vanilla notes, complemented by subtle hints of dried fruit and spice. The finish is long and warming, reflecting its well-aged components. Released in 2021, this expression is limited to 1,000 hand-numbered bottles, each presented in a 700ml format.
