This expression is crafted from whisky aged in first-fill Spanish sherry-seasoned oak casks, handmade by the master craftsmen of Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. The result is a whisky with a deep, dark walnut color and a rich, complex flavor profile. On the nose, it offers aromas of raisin, dates, figs, sultana, and toffee apples, complemented by hints of dry ginger and soft cinnamon.
